Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery, which uses compressed air as the power source. It is used more and more in the chemical industry, but many customers can't produce liquid when purchasing pneumatic pumps.

1. The specific gravity of the liquid is too large, or the concentration is too large, and the suction lift of the pump cannot be reached. Therefore, in this case, the pump is working, but it can not pump out the liquid.

2. The valve ball and ball seat in the pump body of the pneumatic diaphragm pump are not well sealed, and the liquid immediately flows back. In this case, the pump body is liquid, but the flow is very small and the head is very low.

3. The liquid inlet pipe is not well sealed. In this case, the pump works normally, but the pump can't pump liquid because it can't suck liquid.

4. The air supply pressure at the air inlet is not enough. Generally, the air supply pressure range of domestic pneumatic diaphragm pump is generally 2-7kg, and the pump cannot work normally if it is greater than or less than this value.

5. The wearing parts in the pump body of the pneumatic diaphragm pump are worn. In this case, it is easy to solve. Replace the wearing parts.

6. Connect the inlet and outlet of the pump reversely. The pump has the inlet at the bottom and the outlet at the top. The probability of such errors is very small, but I have met such customers.

7. If the air compressor is too low, the air volume will be insufficient (the normal air pressure is 5-7kg).
